With a gripping storyline, empathetic and charismatic characters and of course, dancing hyenas and mythical baboons, The Lion King is a stunning tale that has withstood the test of time, and it’s coming back!

Whether you’re 25, 35 or even 65, chances are you’re eagerly awaiting the remake, set to hit the big screen worldwide on July 17. At Click Play Spin, we’ve already asked permission from our bosses to take our work to the cinema that day. But our friends at CasinoEuro simply couldn’t wait for July, and instead grabbed a camera, a cuddly toy and authentic soundtrack to create their very own rendition of the scene that changed our childhood forever.

Whether you’re lamenting that Scar won’t be voiced by the same enigmatic actor as the original or wondering which of the classic songs will be back for you to sing along to (shut your windows, please), we’re sure you’ll enjoy reliving the moment with CasinoEuro over and over again, albeit with a slightly dark sense of humour. Hakuna Matata!

Maybe next time, they’ll fit canyons with a stampede early-warning system.
